The Cactus Technologies Low Power Industrial Grade Parallel ATA (PATA) Solid State Disk, available in capacities up to 16 Gbytes, is a solid-state flash memory product in an Industry Standard 2.5” IDE form factor. It is intended for Low Power OEM applications needing a high endurance part with adequate performance or requiring the optional full extended temperature range of -45C to +90C.

The Low Power Industrial Grade Parallel ATA (PATA) Solid State Disk is SLC NAND based and comes with full BOM Control, Long Life Cycles and is built with Stringent Quality Processes. Cactus Technologies supports extended reporting which can provide status on Life Cycle Monitoring and End of Life Predication. Custom Labeling, Custom ID and Preloaded Content are available based on customer requirements.
