The Industrial Grade 602S Series mSATA from Cactus Tech offers a small form factor SATA II interface device based on the JEDEC MO300B standard. Capacities range from 4GB to 32GB and are available in standard (0C to 70C) or extended (-45C to 90C) temperature range. As with all of the Cactus Technologies Industrial Grade products Long Life Cycles, BOM control, Industrial Strength ECC, Wear Leveling and Defect Management are built in.
