FW-2024 is a 2U network security barebone, rack-mountable, 1.2mm in board thickness, with high-grade carbon and high-strength structural steel case, surface treated with sand blasting and oxidation. System adopts Intel 3420 PCH single chip, supporting Intel high-performance Lynnfield X3450 processor (compatible with X3400 series). It also provides 4x DDR3 UDIMM (dual channel), supporting DDRIII 1066/1333MHz, max up to 16G, ECC supported. As for storage, the motherboard provides 2x SATA ports max. 4x SATA, 1xCF card socket, 2x 3.5”HDD tray Intel 3420 PCH supports RAID0,1,5,10 function. With modularized design of its LAN ports and various photoelectric combination support, working with the high-grade 2U industrial specialized power supply and exclusive “Watchdog”+ BYPASS function. FW-2024 is is very suitable for various network security devices, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, intelligent terminals based on tele-communications network or computer network and so on.
